Products Ahead of Their Time

A product I feel was ahead of its time was SEGA Dreamcast. Even though it wasn't the first console to have online capability, it was the first console to ever have online networking. This structure would later go one to heavily influence Xbox Live and PlayStation as well. SEGA also produced VMU (Video Memory Unit), in addition to working as a memory card it also allowed you to play games as well. This feature has never been implemented before. SEGA had cutting edge anti-piracy prevention called the GD-Rom. GD-Rom's are not readily available to just anyone, and it eliminated piracy.
